The City of Rowlett and the Carter BloodCare Center are hosting a blood drive from 9am-3pm at three Rowlett locations on Tuesday, November 10. COVID-19 antibody testing is available for all donors as well – and, BONUS – November donors receive a special thank-you from Soulman’s ?.
