Windsurf Bay Closure Notice

As a response to safety concerns when large crowds are present, the City of Garland will close Windsurf Bay Park, located on the shores of Lake Ray Hubbard, 5556 Locust Grove Road, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout the summer. In addition, the park will be closed for every holiday.
