Osaka Japanese Restaurant in Sachse is quickly becoming a regional favorite. The ambiance is appealing and comfortable. The staff is enthusiastic and helpful. The full service liquor bar is staffed by professional bartenders, and the sushi bar by artists. 

We returned to treat ourselves to the amazing avocado balls. Fresh avocado stuffed with crabmeat with a delicious blend of seasonings. Of course, there is an endless array of creatively constructed sushi and sashimi options, as well as the hibachi offerings. 

This place goes to the top of our list, not just for their excellent Japanese cuisine, but for the service and ambiance, as well.
