Cotton’s Produce stand at the corner of Broadway and Rosehill has a new owner. Cotton and his family have retired after more than 30 years of service to residents of South Garland. The new owner is a farmer that Cotton had been dealing with over the decades. Chad is the owner of a farm in the Canton area, and he and his family will be keeping their little store open seven days a week, all year around. Improvements to the property are already in progress. This facility provides customers with a healthier alternative to supermarket shopping for produce, eggs, nuts, etc.
