Garland Welcomes Bowling U.S. Open

The AMF Bowling Lanes on Marketplace Dr. have upgraded their facilities to accommodate the Bowling U.S. Open that will take place on November 2nd through 6th. Among the participants competing in this event will be Rowlett High School senior Brandon Walters.  Quite an accomplishment for the 17 year old, who is also working on his Eagle Scout status.  Boy Scout Troop 100 has held 2 car washes to help cover Brandon’s tournament expenses.  The Bowling U.S. Open finals will be televised.
