Jennifer Williams addresses Altrusa International of Garland

Altrusa International, Garland enjoyed a wonderful evening with Jennifer Williams, Executive Director, at Hope Clinic in Garland.  She provided an insightful overview of the services it provides to our economically disadvantaged and uninsured Garland residents.  Physicians, nurses, and volunteer health care professionals of Hope Clinic give unselfishly of their time to provide a high level of quality service to the under served, working population, and children.  Their desire is to partner with patients in their healthcare journey towards wellness as well as patient education.

Altrusa is an organization whose goal is to enhance and encourage literary in the Garland community.  They were awarded a grant to provide reading materials and other furnishings for the Hope Clinic waiting room.

In December 2014 Hope Clinic was given national recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance in Washington, DC for becoming a Patient Centered Medical Home Level 3 (Level 3 being the highest level of recognition).

Hope Clinic is now located in their new facility at 800 South 6th Street, Suite 100 in Garland.
