 They recently added their forms online, so you can neatly fill them out on a computer and print them. Here is the link to the site: Please print page 1-2 of these forms (page 3 is just the release), and bring both pages of all forms you pre-filled out with you the morning you drop off your pet.

*** Feral Cats Special ***

This special $20.00 price will be available for feral cats only. Cats that are in heat, pregnant or crypt orchid will be assessed additional fees. All cats must receive a rabies vaccine for $5.00 or show proof of the vaccine at the time of sterilization. To qualify for this special, feral cats will have their ears tipped and must be in a trap. Caretakers who do not wish to have their cats’ ears tipped will be charged TCAP’s regular price for cat sterilizations (see below).  All caretakers will receive a receipt that indicates the sex of the cat and proof of the rabies vaccine. TCAP can provide additional services as well for cats in its care, including feline leukemia testing, all core vaccinations, as well as earmite treatment and Frontline Plus. Rescue organizations are encouraged to take advantage of this special. Just like the regular services provided, all cats must be younger than 5 years old for sterilization because of our facility.

If you are an approved colony manager you must show your ID card for free sterilization and rabies vaccine.

Vaccinations

• All pets MUST have an appointment for sterilization.
• Cash or credit only is accepted at the time services are rendered.
• All dogs with sterilization appts. need to have/bring their own crate.
• All cats must be in a carrier.
• No appointment necessary for vaccines. Vaccinations given on a first come, first served basis.
• There is an additional $10.00 fee for in season females.
• There is an additional $20.00-$40.00 fee for pregnant females.
• There is an additonal $20.00-$40.00 fee for male dogs and cats that only have one testicle descended.
• All pets MUST have written proof of current rabies vaccination or receive the vaccine at the time of surgery for $5.00.
• All pets must be younger than 5 years old for sterilization because of our facility.
• No food after midnight, light on water.
• Drop off from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM.
• Pick up between 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
