Congrats Rowlett
With a groundbreaking on November 25, the dream of a Crystal Lagoon moved one step closer to reality. When completed it will be the centerpiece of the development renamed “Sapphire Bay”. It will be criss crossed by duck boats, taking visitors to the several entertainment and dining venues that will border the sparkling water feature. That is all part of Phase 1 of the Sapphire Bay Project, slated to be completed in 2023.
