Our favorite coffee shop in downtown Garland has a new owner. Nir Sela, a thirty-something entrepreneur purchased the business from Kitty and Lindsey Williams earlier this month. The Israeli born Sela has owned coffee shops previously and has great plans for the Generator. China plates and cups have already replaced paper and there are plans for a wine bar. The coffee house will be open Sunday and Monday, days they were previously closed. Sela also intends to extend the business hours into the evening. These changes are certain to attract more visitors to the Historic Downtown Square.
