There’s a lot going on this time of year! School is starting for many students, and the library wants to let you and your children know about some exciting programs in place for everyone!
Library Camps – Free for kids, ages 5 to 12, Friday, August 15, at 2–3 p.m.
Sharpen your skills at Library Camp! Get ready to finish the summer with a fun time! Observe the most feared creature of the ocean from the safety of the library. Explore some of the more popular shows from Discovery Channel’s SHARK WEEK! Not for the faint of heart. We meet in Rowlett Public Library Meeting Room.
Knitting Club – Tuesday, August 19, at 7 p.m.
Including knitters of all experience levels, the Knitting Club meets at 7 pm on the 3rd Tuesday of each month in the Rowlett Public Library Conference Room.
