 Garland City Council members representing Districts 1, 2, 4 and 5 will be sworn-in during the City Council’s Regular Meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 17. David Gibbons is the new council member representing District 1. Anita Goebel, an incumbent, will enter her final term representing District 2. Mayor Pro Tem B. J. Williams, also an incumbent, will enter his final term as the representative for District 4. Richard Aubin will be the new council member representing District 5.
