We welcome first-time job seekers,” said Clint Hill, Hawaiian Falls’ president. “We train our employees to be servant-leaders. Ask anyone who has worked for us and they’ll tell you our culture and camaraderie is unique. We also understand that our employees have many other interests and we’re flexible to work with their schedule. We want them to be able to take off a week for band camp or family vacation. We hire enough young people that our employees can pretty much work as little or as much as they’d like.”

hf007xSeasonal positions include Groups Coordinator, Emergency Medical Technician, Lifeguards (training provided), Ride Attendants & Dispatchers (training provided), Cash Control – Daily Reporting, Cashier/Ticket Sales, Ticket Takers, Cabana Waiters, Maintenance, Grounds Control, Housekeeping, Bathroom and Trash Attendants. “We have five waterparks strategically located in North Texas, so there’s probably a park right in their community,” explains Hill. “We have lots of friends who work together. And it’s also a great place to meet new friends. We also have many leaders and supervisors who started out as lifeguards a few years ago, so there is room for growth in our company.”

All candidates must complete an application at http://www.hfalls.com/employment/ <http://www.hfalls.com/employment/> for consideration. Applications will not be accepted at the parks, by mail or drop-offs. Candidates will then need to attend one of the scheduled Job Fairs for a short orientation about Hawaiian Falls and interview on the spot. Candidates should plan to spend between one to two hours to complete the process. Candidates should dress for success and bring their smile.
