  Just a month ago one could stand on Main Street, In front of the Bankhead Brewery, and see an empty field of nothing more than ground level poured concrete delineating buildings and  walkways.  Just weeks later there’s a sea of buildings rising from those concrete outlines.  Catalyst Urban Development, LLC tells us this project will be ready for occupancy in the fall.  Perhaps as early as August, depending upon the weather.     Viewing the Village of Rowlett From Dennis Street, one can see the scope of this enormous  project. There will be 465 residential units consisting of apartments and townhomes with retail  spaces available throughout. It is exciting to see the Bankhead Brewery and El Centro  Mexican Restaurant already beginning to flourish. This area is definitely undergoing A highly  successful redevelopment.       Nancy Ghirla ..
